Three Arrested on Felony Charges

Simon Peter McGuire, age 39. was arrested Friday. He is being charged with the initiation of a process intended to result in the manufacture of meth, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, and with being a fugitive from justice. These felony charges have resulted in his being held on a $351,000 bond. He will appear in court February 12.
Tina Carol Stewart, age 53, was arrested Friday on two counts of circuit court violation of probation. She is being held bond and will answer to these felony charges in court February 26.
Kevin Dustin Leatherwood was arrested yesterday (Saturday). He is being charged with violation of probation and two counts of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture. He will answer to the first charge in court February 12, and to the two felony charges February 25.
