Still Time to Voice Concerns About TVR Permit

If anyone still has any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the proposed new permit for Tennessee Valley Recycling, there is still time to do so. Representatives from the Tennessee Clean Water Network, which is suing TVR, are generally positive about the permit, but has concerns that the new limits for chemical discharge will not be enforced properly.
