Columbia State Presents Jesse Cook

The Columbia State Community College First Farmers Performance Series will be presenting Jesse Cook on February 7. Jesse is a flamenco/jazz fusion guitarist who uses all of his musical influences to create a performance that promises to be both traditional and edgy.
Jesse is a charismatic entertainer who was sold more than one million albums, recorded seven studio albums, and two live DVDs. He has opened for such legends as B.B. King, Ray Charles, and Diana Krall.
The show will be at 7:00 p.m. on February 5 in the Cherry Theater, located in the Waymon L. Hickman building on the Columbia Campus. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students. To charge tickets by phone, using a major credit card, call 931-540-2879. Tickets can also be purchased at the Columbia State ticket office in the Pryor Administration Building, room 108, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The box office in the Waymon L. Hickman building will be open one hour prior to the performance.
