Christine Pierce

Christine Pierce, age 92, of Summertown, TN passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Marshall County, TN, retired employee of Meadowbrook
Nursing Home as a Nurse’s Aid, and former employee of Dickson Grocery Store. Mrs. Pierce was also a member of Mt. Zion Church of Christ and attended Marcella Falls Church of Christ.
She is survived by
3 Daughters - Nancy Pierce, and Charlotte Ann Glass, both of Summertown, TN
and Barbara J. Fuller (Wayne), Mt. Pleasant,
3 Sons - Charles William Pierce (Ellen), Ethridge, and
Thomas Pierce,and James Alton Pierce (Mary), both of Summertown.
1 Brother - Harold Corter, Summertown,
3 Sisters- Letha Brock, Ashland City, Dorothy Glass, Madison, TN
and Nellie Andrews, of Birmingham, AL
2 Brothers - Frank Corter of Florida
and Robert “Bob” Corter, of Lavergne,
Son-in-law - James Barker, Mt. Pleasant, TN
Son-in-law - William Johnson, Columbia, TN

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg. Tennessee. The family wilt receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tomorrow (Friday), February 01, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 02, 2013, with Dalton Cole officiating. Interment will follow at Spencer Hill Cemetery.
