John W. McFarland of Green Castle Indiana died Monday in that city. He was 89 years old, a native of Elkton TN, an Army Air Corp Vet in WWII and attended Martin College in Pulask.
Visitation will be held Tomorrow (Friday) from 3 until 8 at the Bittles & Hurt Funeral Home in Indiana. Funeral services will be on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Gobin Memorial United methodist Church in Green Castle.
Memorials may be sent to the Kiwanis Club or Habitat for Humanity.
He is survived locally by a brother, George McFarland of Nashville and a sister Betty McFarland Jordan of Elkton.
