Potts, Birdsong Arrested

Randy J. Potts, 47, was arrested yesterday (Monday) on charges of driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license, and driving while a restriction is in effect, which is a Class E felony. Potts is being held under a $6000 bond and is set to appear in court February 7.
Jonathon Marcell Birdsong was arrested yesterday and charged with schedule II drug violations. That is a felony charge and he is being held under a $50,000 bond. Birdsong is set to appear in court February 25.
