Joseph Abernathy

Joseph Abernathy, age 79, died Tuesday at the Ardmore Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 12 noon at Jordan Funeral Home, with burial in the Rocky Point Cemetery at Chicken Creek. Visitation will be Saturday at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
He is survived by two sons: Taiwan Abernathy and wife Felicia of Atlanta and James C. Abernathy of California; one sister: Margaret Coleman; five brothers: James, Leroy, Edward and wife Annie, all of Pulaski, John of Indianapolis, and Thomas and wife Elaine Abernathy of Atlanta. Many other relatives and friends also survive.
Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Joseph Abernathy.
