Jerry Lane Polly, age 60 of Ardmore died on January 8, at NHC Healthcare in Pulaski. He was a member of the Ephesus Church of Christ.
Funeral services will be held on January 11, at the Cash Point Baptist church in Ardmore, TN withDerrick Moose officiating. Burial will be in the Blanche Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife: Sherry Polly of Ardmore
3 daughters: Lisa Polly of Lynnville, Karen Polly of Ardmore and Courtney Hunt Bryant of Pulaski.
a brother: Morris Polly and wife Sheila of Pulaski
2 sisters: Linda Eddie and husband Robert of Ardmore, Alabama, and Brenda Joyce Crumback of Pulaski
grandchildren: A.J. Lancaster Jr., Caleb Lancaster, Stormie Voight, Makenzie Bryant, Ariel Bryant and Nick Boldin
several nieces and nephews also survive
