TEMA Introduces ReadyTN

Tennesseans who wish to be more informed on hazards and emergency preparedness can download ReadyTN, the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency’s smartphone application to their iPhones or iPads.
To download this application, simply search ReadyTn in the iTunes Store or the App Store. Once it’s downloaded, the application will provide information on severe weather, road conditions, open shelters and local government contacts. It will also include tips for specific hazards and checklists for emergency kit items.
TEMA is the first state agency to develop an application such as this.
