Minor Hill Water Utility District Sends Out Survey

The Minor Hill Water Utility District is sending out a survey to all of their customers this week. The company is trying to secure a grant that would help reduce the chance that another water outage would occur, as it did last summer. In order to do this, they need help from their customers.
In order to secure this grant, the company has to prove that their customer base meets a certain income level. If they don’t have enough responses, they will have to take out a loan instead of a grant, which would then affect the water rates.
The Minor Hill Water Utility District wants to assure its customers that all information they give in the survey will be kept confidential and will only be used to obtain the grant.
