James Clifford "J C" Harney Sr

James Clifford “J C” Harney, Sr., a retired U. S. Postal Worker, and a Giles County resident, died on Friday, December 28, 2012 in Indianapolis, IN.
He was a former pastor of Mother Lynn Creek Primitive Baptist Church, Lynnville, TN and served as the longtime associate minister of St James Primitive Baptist Church, Pulaski, TN. He also served as Treasurer of the Giles County Ministerial Association.
The Family will receive friends on Friday, January 4, 2013 at Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church 234 West Ray Street Indianapolis, IN from 10 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. The Funeral Service is to follow with Rev. Leonard Manuel, Officiating and Elder Thomas Givens, eulogist. Burial will be in the National Veterans Cemetery, Marion, IN.
Survivors are: Wife, Lois Harney, Sons, James Harney, Jr and wife Jacqueline, Dexter Harney and wife Greta, Michael Harney, and Bryant Keith Harney and wife, Karen, one niece, Julia White and a host of other relatives and friends.
