Richland Splits Games with Mt. Pleasant

Richland split a pair of games with Mt. Pleasant tonight at home. In the first game, the Lady Raiders defeated the Lady Tigers 54-34. Merrianne Patterson scored 16 points and Kaylin Stacey 10, as the Lady Raiders improve to 4-3 on the season.
In the nightcap, Richland was behind by as many ten points and as close as one point, but that wasn't enough, as they fell to Mt. Pleasant 50-47. Cody Jordan scored 21 points and Bret Boatright 14, as the Raiders fall to 5-2 for the season.
Next up, the Raiders will head to Hampshire to take on the Hawks. Those games will be Friday night, with tipoff at 6 p.m.
