Three Arrested In Santa Fe High School Break-In
Posted on December 04, 2012

Police arrested a trio of teenagers over the weekend after they broke into an area high school.

Authorities discovered Hanna Earl, 18, Tucker Shields, 18, and Jake Randall, 19, inside Santa Fe High School around 12:30 a.m. Saturday.

School surveillance video shows the three parked their black SUV behind the school and allegedly entered through an unlocked door, activating a burglar alarm that alerted the school's resource officer.

Upon gaining access to the school, the teenagers enter the gym and into a dressing room where they allegedly go through lockers.

SRO Ronnie Blackburn said when he arrived to the school he found Randall hiding a pair of used athletic shoes under his coat. Earl was reportedly hiding a school basketball under her coat.

"I stopped them up here in the parking lot as they were leaving the school," Blackburn said.
Earl, Shields and Randall are all charged with felony burglary, possession of burglary tools and theft under $500. They have all been released on a $12,500 bond.

Police said this is not Shields and Randall's first run in with the law.

The pair was charged with criminal impersonation in September after they pulled over motorists by using a fake blue light.

Those misdemeanor charges are still pending.
