Two Arrested in Connection with Death of Lauderdale County Man

According to the Times Daily, two suspects in the Monday night stabbing of a Lauderdale County man were arrested in Florida yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon.
Shannon Paul Brewer, 24, and his brother, Jerry Lee Brewer, 25, were apprehended in Tallahassee, Florida by U.S. Marshal agents. “We’re just trying to get them back here for questioning,” according to Sheriff Ronnie Willis.
The two are wanted in connection with the stabbing death of Mark Allen Dishon, 49. Dishon was stabbed numerous times at his residence near the Zip City Community. A woman who lives at his house, Sandra Sikes, 66, but her injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
Willis said an autopsy will be conducted on Dishon, in hopes of finding out information about the weapon used. At the moment, authorities are still trying to determine a motive for his death.
