First Farmers & Merchants Sees Third Quarter Growth
Posted on November 15, 2012

Columbia, Tennessee-based First Farmers and Merchants Corporation, the parent of First Farmers & Merchants Bank announced today that their total assets, income, deposits, and loans all rose in the third quarter of 2012. Results are also up when compared with the same quarter last year and 2011 as a calendar year.

Bank officials attribute these continued increases to the bank's employees and a banking philosophy that focuses on stability.

First Farmers & Merchants Bank is one of the largest community banks in Middle Tennessee, with nineteen banking offices in seven counties, including a branch in Pulaski.
