Amber Alert Cancelled

An Amber Alert issued this morning for a missing Gallatin baby has been cancelled. According to WKRN-NEWS 2, two-month-old Eric Goolsby was found safe and sound just after 8a.m. today. He had been taken from his grandmother's home by his non-custodial father, Eric Owens, around 7p.m. Tuesday. Since returning his son, Owens has been in the custody of the TBI.
Warrants for aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference were issued for both Owens and the baby's non-custodial mother, Chasity Goolsby. Goolsby also has outstanding warrants for prostitution, theft of property under $500,000, and possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance in Davidson County. Her location was not immediately known.
The baby's grandmother, Angela Walker, has had custody because of his mother has ongoing drug problems.
