Mary Lessie Pope, age 96, of Elkton, TN, died on Sunday 10-21-2012, at the Meadowbrook Nursing Home in Pulaski, TN.
She was a native of Giles County,
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 10-24-2012, at 11:00AM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial in Elkton Cemetery.
Survivors are:
3 sons, Billy Joe Pope of Lewisburg, Terry Pope of Maryville, and Tommy Pope of the Pleasant Ridge Community,
1 daughter, Joyce Dyer of Pulaski,
4 sisters, Nell Gilliam and Betty Smith both of Columbia, TN, Ruby McJunkin of Nashville, TN, Gladys Broadway of Elkton, TN,
15 grandchildren, 26 greatgrandchildren, 15 great great grandchildren also survive.
Memorials may be made to Elkton Baptist Church.
Carr & Erwin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
