Early Voting Begins Wednesday

Beginning on Wednesday voters can cast early ballots for candidates in this year’s general election. A large turnout is expected since this is a presidential election, in addition to local, state and other federal races. Through October 27th registered voters can vote early at the election commission office. Remember you need to bring an acceptable photo ID, including the Tennessee driver’s license, Department of Safety and Homeland Security photo ID, state issued gun carry permit, U.S. military ID, a U.S. passport or any other photo ID issued by the federal or state government. College IDs are not accepted.
