Election Results Certified

The results of the recent election have been officially certified by the
Giles County Election Commission. There were no changes in any outcomes
or vote totals from those previously announced. The total vote for the
election was a paltry 23 percent of the registered voters. 4,344 votes were cast in the Charter referendum. Election commission officials wanted to
remind the public that Thursday August 16 at 12 Noon is the qualifying
deadline for the Pulaski City election which will be held on November 6th.
