Juanita Ruth Roberts Moore, 75 of Ardmore, Alabama died on Monday, August 6, 2012, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama.
She lived in the Ardmore area for the last 34 years.
Surviving are son, Harold C. (Peggy) Moore, Jr. of Belvidere, IL,
daughter, Tracey Phillips of Ardmore, TN;
Grandchildren: Nicole & Marco Johnson of Athens, AL and Colby Phillips of Elkmont, AL; and great-grandchildren: Austin Moore, Carmen Johnson, and Ashanti Johnson.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 9, 2012, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama with Rev. Sonny Moore officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, New Market, AL. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore.
The Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Juanita Ruth Roberts Moore.
