Hazel Bernice Fuller Poarch, age 65, died on Monday, August 6,2012, at the Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN.
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, 8-9-2012, at 10:00AM, at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, with burial in Giles Memory Garden, Jimmy Ketchum officiating.
Memorials may be made to Beech Hill Church of Christ.
Survivors are: sons, Hasting Wayne Poarch of Frankewing, TN, Justin Neil
Poarch of Beech Hill,
daughters, Joan Miller, Melinda S. Holt, Becky Simerly and Karen Hunt all of Pulaski,
brothers, Robert Fuller, Cecil Fuller, Jr., Randolph Fuller and Randall Fuller all of Lewisburg, TN,
sisters, Helen Jett and Linda Griffin both of Lewisburg, TN, Christine Ringe and Frances Webb both of
Ohio,
9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, also survive.
