Hyatt Wins Assessor's Race Posted on August 03, 2012
Tommy Hyatt has been elected as Giles County's Assessor of Property. Hyatt captured 57 percent of the vote in his race against Johnny Bell. The final unofficial tally from the Giles County Election Commission showed Hyatt with 2,353 votes to 1,791 for Bell. Hyatt takes office September first.
