USPS To Hold September Meetings On Change In Hours At Six Local Post Offices
Posted on July 05, 2012

The U.S. Postal Service is expected to begin holding meetings in September in local communities that are under consideration for reduced post office hours. As it now stands, the Lynnville Post Office would be open just six retail hours instead of eight, while the Elkton, Frankewing, Goodspring, Minor Hill and Prospect offices would be open only four retail hours. No dates have been set for the meetings but the Postal Service says the meetings will allow members of the community to voice their opinions on the hours change proposal.
