Franklin Man Dies In Giles Wreck

A elderly Franklin man was killed in a traffic accident in Giles County on
Thursday afternoon when his car rammed into a parked 18 wheeler. The
accident happened on U.S. 64 east of Pulaski near the Five Points road at
1:45 p.m. Killed in the accident was 83 year old William Biles of Cool
Springs Road. Trooper Brandon Dixon said the 18 wheeler was parked on
the shoulder of the road and the Mr. Biles ran off the road in a curve
striking the truck. The driver of the 18 wheeler was not injured.
