Winchester Man Faces Local Charges

A Winchester Tennessee man is in the Giles County Jail facing a variety of charges. Thirty-six year old David Brant Bondurant was taken into custody by the Tennessee Highway Patrol Friday.
Charges include possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, violation of registration, unlawful use of a drivers license, driving while license revoked or suspended, two counts of simple possession, violation of the implied consent law, driving under the influence, violation of the seatbelt law, and violation of a drivers license condition.
Bondurant remains in the local lockup awaiting a January 11th court date. Bail was set at $7,000.
