Wilson Rogers

Wilson Rogers died yesterday in Huntsville. He was an Army Air Force Veteran, a resident of Ardmore and 86 years old.

Services will be held Saturday at 1pm at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home with Reverend Sammy Brister and Reverend Billy Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the Gatlin Cemetery.

Visitation will be held tomorrow from 4-8pm at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife Ethel Rogers, son Wilson Rogers Jr. and wife Carolyn and daughter, Kathy Currey and husband Ronnie. He is survived by step-daughters, Shirely Smith and Vonna Holder and sisters, Ruby Helums and Nell Rogers. Nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren two step-grandchildren and a host of friends, nieces and nephews also survive.

Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Wilson Rogers.
