Corley Case Bound Over To Grand Jury Posted on May 12, 2009
The case of a Giles County woman charged with violation of Tennessee’s sexual offender registration law, was bound over to the Grand Jury yesterday.
According to Pulaski Police Chief John Dickey, officers investigated a case concerning 65 year old Donna Jean Corley, who was arrested and charged in a sex offense case a few years ago in another state.
Local investigators found enough evidence to press charges against Corley. She failed to register in Tennessee as a sex offender.
Corley was released from the Giles County Jail on April 24th after posting a bond of $3,500.
