April Is Rabies Vaccination Month

April is Rabies Vaccination month for cats and dogs in Giles County.
During the month of April, local veterinarians will vaccinate your dog or cat for $8 at their office. Most animals will be vaccinated in the vehicle, however this practice will be at the vets discretion.
Tennessee law requires all dogs three months or more of age and cats six months or more of age to be vaccinated against rabies.
